Nutrition is not just food. It effects 80% of everything we do in life. Educating our athletes on performance nutrition and how food effects them is what helps set the foundation in becoming elite. We help our student Athletes customize a nutrition plan around their schedule and lifestyle. While having weekly nutrition classes focusing on educational demonstrations and monitoring thier results during the year.

CHRIS ISNER

Chris is a performance nutritionist, coach and speaker who specializes in sports and exercise performance, weight management and educating our youth on nutrition. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in nutrition sciences from University of Delaware, where he conducted research on sports nutrition and protein deficiency among athletes during pubescent years. He has continued his education in areas of holistic health and the psychology of food.

He has worked with Division I. II and III college athletes across the U.S, helping student-athletes build efficient eating habits and meal plans to support their athletic and academic career. In addition, he has implemented sports nutrition plans for NFL, MLB & NHL professional athletes, USA Women’s Rugby Olympian’s, marathon athletes, mma, and soccer players.
